Outstanding company with happy and professional employees has been my experience with this company. I purchased a new Carrier unit on January 15, 2024, from Summa & Tony's. I have been pleasantly surprised by the service I have received after my installation and the prompt friendly service I have received since my purchase. I have needed them on two occasions since January and received fast courteous service both times. I feel very blessed that I found Scott and his employees to solve my HVAC problems in January 2024. Very professional personalized company on telephone and in person!!

Not the big company we used for 25 years that doesn't show up four times in over two months for scheduled calls and has alot of confusion when calling and having to talk to numerous uninformed people and doesn't mail the same 8 sales flyers to solicit maintenance agreements when they can't service my current agreement.

My experience so far with is company has been a breath of fresh air and an organization I can count on when I need them!

Our home A/C went out on a Sunday. The answering service took the details of our problem. In less than an hour, a very kind service technician called then he came within 30 minutes. He easily located the problem, gave me the repair cost, I gave the green light, and we had cool air in about an hour. Amazing!!!
